"Kavi Sith Roo" – An Evening of Poetic Rhythm

Organized by the Library, Publications, Publicity, and Conferences Committee of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL), "Kavi Sith Roo" was an enchanting poetic evening that captivated the hearts of poetry lovers. This event, held on March 21, 2205, at the Wimalasurendra Auditorium in celebration of World Poetry Day, beautifully embraced the essence of poetry that arises and fades within the human mind.

The evening was gracefully moderated by Engineer Lakmali Karunanayake. The enchanting performances of songs and poetry recitations were presented by Engineer Suranga Kuruppuarachchi and Engineer Dulanta Warnasuriya, adding depth and emotion to the atmosphere.

Over 100 participants, both physically present and joining online from various parts of Sri Lanka, engaged in this mesmerizing literary journey. Their participation and heartfelt feedback reflected the immense success of this initiative.
